1. ขอบเขต Scope

This policy explains how we collect, use and retain personal data. It covers information you give us in the shop, on petchnopparat.com, and in messages you send us through Facebook Messenger and our LINE Official Account.
2. ข้อความที่ได้รับผ่าน Facebook และ LINE Messages received through Facebook and LINE
เมื่อคุณส่งข้อความถึงเพจ Facebook หรือ LINE Official Account ของร้าน เราจะจัดเก็บข้อความนั้นไว้ในระบบของเรา เพื่อใช้ในการตอบคำถามและให้บริการลูกค้า
When you send a message to our Facebook Page or our LINE Official Account, we receive and store that message in our own system so that we can respond to your enquiry and provide customer service. Messages are delivered to us through the official Meta and LINE messaging APIs.
ข้อมูลที่จัดเก็บในกรณีนี้ประกอบด้วย · The data stored in this case consists of:
- เนื้อหาข้อความ รูปภาพ หรือไฟล์ที่คุณส่งมา · the content of your message and any images or files you send;
- รหัสผู้ใช้ที่แพลตฟอร์มกำหนดให้ (Facebook page-scoped ID หรือ LINE user ID) และชื่อที่แสดงบนแพลตฟอร์ม · the platform-assigned identifier for your account (a Facebook page-scoped ID or a LINE user ID) and your display name;
- วันและเวลาที่ได้รับข้อความ · the date and time the message was received;
- ข้อมูลติดต่อที่คุณให้ไว้ในการสนทนา เช่น ชื่อ เบอร์โทรศัพท์ หรือที่อยู่จัดส่ง · any contact details you choose to give us in the conversation, such as your name, phone number or delivery address.

These identifiers are specific to our business, are not your personal Facebook or LINE account, and cannot be used to access your account.
3. เราใช้ข้อมูลอย่างไร How we use your data
- ตอบคำถามเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและราคา · to answer questions about products and prices;
- จัดทำใบเสนอราคา การจอง การมัดจำ และการส่งมอบสินค้า · to prepare quotations, reservations, deposits and delivery;
- ให้บริการหลังการขาย เช่น การรับประกันและการดูแลรักษา · to provide after-sales service such as warranty and care;
- เก็บประวัติการติดต่อ เพื่อให้พนักงานคนใดก็ได้ให้บริการคุณต่อเนื่องได้ · to keep a record of your enquiry so that any member of our staff can continue helping you.
เราไม่ขาย ไม่ให้เช่า และไม่แลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณกับบุคคลภายนอกเพื่อวัตถุประสงค์ทางการตลาด · We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. เราจะไม่ส่งข้อความโฆษณาถึงคุณ เว้นแต่คุณจะให้ความยินยอมไว้ · We do not send you promotional messages unless you have agreed to receive them.
4. การเปิดเผยข้อมูล Disclosure
เราเปิดเผยข้อมูลเฉพาะเท่าที่จำเป็น ได้แก่ พนักงานของร้านที่ให้บริการคุณ ผู้ให้บริการแพลตฟอร์ม (Meta และ LINE) ซึ่งเป็นผู้ส่งข้อความมาถึงเรา สถาบันตรวจสอบอัญมณีในกรณีที่ต้องส่งตรวจ และหน่วยงานราชการเมื่อกฎหมายกำหนด
We disclose data only as needed: to our own staff serving you; to the platform providers (Meta and LINE) that deliver the messages; to gemological laboratories when a stone must be submitted for certification; and to government authorities where required by law.
5. การเก็บรักษาและความปลอดภัย Retention and security
ข้อมูลจัดเก็บอยู่บนเซิร์ฟเวอร์ของร้านซึ่งเข้าถึงได้เฉพาะพนักงานที่ได้รับอนุญาต ผ่านการเข้าสู่ระบบและเครือข่ายส่วนตัวเท่านั้น ไม่เปิดให้เข้าถึงจากอินเทอร์เน็ตทั่วไป เราเก็บบันทึกการติดต่อไว้เท่าที่จำเป็นต่อการให้บริการและตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด
Data is held on our own server, reachable only by authorised staff through an authenticated login over a private network — it is not open to the public internet. We keep records of your enquiry for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal requirements.
6. สิทธิของคุณ และการขอลบข้อมูล Your rights and data deletion
คุณมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึง ขอแก้ไข หรือขอให้ลบข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของคุณ รวมถึงข้อความที่เราได้รับผ่าน Facebook หรือ LINE ตามพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
Under Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA) you may ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, including messages we have received through Facebook or LINE.
วิธีขอลบข้อมูล · To request deletion: ส่งข้อความถึงเราทาง Facebook Messenger หรือ LINE โดยระบุคำว่า “ขอลบข้อมูล” / “delete my data”, หรือโทร 02-221-5751, หรืออีเมล vasin.p@petchnopparat.com. เราจะดำเนินการภายใน 30 วัน · We will action the request within 30 days.

8. การเปลี่ยนแปลงนโยบาย Changes to this policy
หากมีการแก้ไขนโยบายนี้ เราจะเผยแพร่ฉบับปรับปรุงบนหน้านี้พร้อมระบุวันที่มีผลบังคับใช้ · If we change this policy we will publish the updated version on this page with a new effective date.
